Alan Eliason photograph collection
This collection contains negatives and photographs taken by Alan at various Washington College events and in his capacity as a portrait photographer. The negatives are suffering from vinegar syndrome, a type of degradation common to the plastics used at that time. The negatives have been scanned and are available in digital format.
Albury Hopkins Moore, class of 1930, negatives
This collection contains ninety-one negatives taken in 1926. A majority of the photographs are of Washington College including the campus, sporting events, fellow students, and events. There are also images of friends and family, a visit to the Ohio Canal National Historic Park, and some Chester River scenes.

George W. Woodfield, class of 1929, Pegasus negatives
This collection contains fifty-one negatives taken by George W. Woodfield when he served as the photographic editor of the Pegasus during his senior year at Washington College. Many of the photographs are featured throughout the 1929 yearbook.
Robert C. Thackery letter (transcript)
This collection contains a transcript of a letter written by Robert C. Thackery to the editor of The Cecil Whig. It was published in the June 14, 1870 paper. The letter was written in Chestertown, while Thackery was a student at Washington College. In this letter, Thackery laments the fact that people on the Eastern Shore are not sending their children to Washington College, and implores them to do so.
Sketch of Washington College campus
This collection contains a hand-drawn sketch of the Washington College campus with some sites of proposed buildings. It was drawn on the back of stationary from the Voshell House, proprietor George E. Lambert, Chestertown, Maryland. It is undated and unsigned but based on the notation of Bunting Hall and William Smith Hall as future buildings puts it around 1903.

Charles J. Merdinger served as President of Washington College from 1970-1973. His papers deal with campus unrest, a coffee house for students, the Truslow Boathouse, and the Middle States Review.

Charles Gould served as President of Washington College from 1919-1923. His papers deal with athletics, female students, planting trees on campus, and the creation of an endowment campaign with Col. Clarence M. Hodson.
